titleOfInvention | Gas-phase corrosion inhibitors and the methods of their production |
abstract | FIELD: chemical industry; mechanical engineering; other industries; methods of production of the gas-phase corrosion inhibitors. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the gas-phase corrosion inhibitors and the methods of their production and may be used for protection of the products made out of iron, chrome, nickel, stannous, zinc, aluminum, copper and their alloys from atmospheric corrosion. The inhibiting corrosion composition contains inorganic salt of the nitric acid, the water-insoluble multiply substituted phenol, the aliphatic ester of the di-hydroxy- benzoic acid and the tocopherol (2,5,7,8-tetramethyl-2 -(4',8',12'- trimethyl tridecyl) chroman-6-ol). The method provides for mixing of the components pointed above. The invention also is pertaining to application of combinations of the indicated components in the capacity of the gas-phase corrosion inhibitors in the form of mixtures of the fine powder in the means of package, at storing in the closed premises or at shipment. The technical result of the invention is the increased speed of sublimation in the technical means of packing and in the analogous closed systems, protection against atmospheric corrosion of the metallic surfaces. n EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased speed of sublimation in the technical means of packing and in the analogous closed systems, protection against atmospheric corrosion of the metallic surfaces. n 21 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
