HUMAN MELANOMA CELLULAR LINE mel Ibr USED IN PREPARING ANTITUMOR VACCINE |
abstract |
FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, oncology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel human melanoma cellular line mel Ibr possessing stable cultural and morphological indices that is stored in the Specialized collection of cellular cultures in Cytology institute RAS at number PKKK (P) 689D. The cellular line is characterized by expression of melanoma (differentiating) markers - CD-63, HMW and cancer-testicular marker MAGE-3, the presence of histo-compatibility antigens of the first and the second class. The cellular line can be used in creature of antitumor (all-cellular, genetic engineering) vaccines used in treatment of melanoma and other malignant neoplasms. Using this cellular line provides preparing the novel effective antitumor vaccine. Invention can be used in medicine for vaccine therapy of malignant neoplasms. n EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of cellular line. n 1 tbl, 2 ex |
