titleOfInvention Method for removing a tendon at applying polypropylene netting
abstract FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. n SUBSTANCE: in case of surgical correction of different deformations of the limbs induced by traumas or diseases of central nervous system, when tendinous platy is required. One should Z-shapely dissect a tendon, cut a rectangular fragment out of propylene netting to fold it as a duplicature so that the length of this transplant should exceed the size of longitudinal tendinous incision 2-fold, and the width should correspond to one third against the diameter of the prolonged tendon, at "protrusions" of tendinous ends developed after Z-shapely dissection it is necessary to fulfill a longitudinal incision to apply a propylene transplant into it for a half of its width to be fixed with a suture out of nonabsorbable suturing material to reconstruct the integrity of sliding tendinous surface with sutures. Similarly, one should suture in a propylene transplant into another tendinous sector. The innovation reconstructs the volume of movements and enables to apply dosed loading. Moreover, it provides the strength in area of tendinous suture that enables to apply dosed functional loading onto operated limb in early postoperational period and shorten the period for in-patient treatment and disability in patients. n EFFECT: higher efficiency. n 4 dwg, 1 ex
