abstract | FIELD: agriculture, in particular method for increasing of beet yield and sugar content. n SUBSTANCE: seeds are treated by spraying in leaf clamping step with titanium tetrachloride diluted in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). Concentration of DMSO is 0.1-2 %; titanium tetrachloride consumption is up to 50 g per 1 hectare of seeds. Ratio of titanium tetrachloride:dimethylsulfoxide is 100-200 l per 1 hectare.
