titleOfInvention | Method for detecting cross-reacting antigens of the agents of melioidosis, glanders, plague, tularemia and tuberculosis |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with elaborating efficient method for detecting common and cross-reacting antigens in Burkholderia pseudomallei, Burkholderia mallei, Yersinia pestis, Francisella tularensis and mycobacterium tuberculosis at simultaneous detection of their main physico-chemical characteristics. It is necessary to carry out adsorption of cross-reacting antigens upon immunocomplexone IgGĂ—Al(OH) 3 at additional IgG precipitation with staphylococcal reagent with protein A followed by detection of molecular weights of cross-reacting antigens due to analyzing the obtained adsorbed and nonadsorbed preparations in SDS-PAAG electrophoresis and immunoblotting. The innovation enables to elaborate new high-sensitive method for detecting the cluster of cross-reacting antigens in the agents of melioidosis, glanders, plague, tularemia and tuberculosis along with establishing their main physico-chemical characteristics. n EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of detection. n 2 ex |
