FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry, medicine, peptides. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing and using peptides of the formula (I) possessing analgesic activity: A - B -Tyr-Pro(D-Pro, dHPro, D-dHPro, DL-dHPro, Hyp)- C - X wherein A means -O, -Ala, -Asp, -Glu, -Phe, -Gly, -His, -He, -Lys, -Leu, -Met, -Pro, -Arg, -Ser, -Thr, -Val, -Trp, -Tyr; B means 0, -Ala, -Asp, -Glu, -Phe, -Gly, -His, -He, -Lys, -leu, -Met, -Pro, -Arg, -Ser, -Thr, -Val, -Trp, -Tyr; C means 0, -Ala, -Asp, -Glu, -Phe, -Gly, -His, -He, -Lys, -Leu, -Met, -Pro, -Arg, -Ser, -Thr, -Val, -Trp, -Tyr; X means -OH, -OCH 3 , -NH 2 .
