abstract | FIELD: ceramics production; methods of manufacture and treatment of the articles made out of the reinforced ceramics with the glazed layers. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the articles with the glazed layer, such as tableware, kitchen accessories, the decorative tile, the sanitary ware and the industrial equipment, etc. The technical result of the invention is manufacture of the hardware products possessing excellent antibacterial effect at the low manufacture costs. On the surface of the billet they form the first glazed layer and on the outer surface of the first layer form the second glazed layer containing the silver compound. The ratio of the dimensions in thickness of the first and the second glazed layers is in the interval from 10/1 up to 30/1. The second glazed layer contains the bigger amount of potassium and the smaller amount of sodium, and also possesses the smaller coefficient of the linear thermal expansion, than the first glazed layers, and after melting has the greater viscosity, than the layer of the first glazed material. n EFFECT: the invention ensures manufacture of the hardware products possessing excellent antibacterial effect at the low manufacture costs. n 29 cl, 19 dwg, 16 ex, 5 tbl |
