titleOfInvention | Method for preparing alpha-alkoxydialkylperoxides |
abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of α-alkoxydialkylperoxides comprising alkoxyl or phenoxyl group in structure of the general formula: n wherein R means CH 3 , C 2 H 5 , C 3 H 7 ; R' means CH 3 , cyclo-C 6 H 11 , CH 2 -CH=CH 2 , C 6 H 5 , CH 2 -(CH 2 -O-CH 2 ) 2 -CH 2 OH, CH 2 -CH(OH)-CH 2 OH. Method involves interaction of α-chloroalkyl-tert.-butylperoxides with alcohols in chloroform medium. As α-chloroalkyl-tert.-butylperoxide the method involves using α-chloroethyl-tert.-butylperoxide, α-chloropropyl-tert.-butylperoxide, α-chlorobutyl-tert.-butylperoxide, and methyl, isobutyl, cyclohexyl, allyl alcohols, phenol, triethylene glycol and glycerol are used as alcohol. Reaction is carried out using calcium carbonate as acceptor of hydrogen chloride at temperature 20-30°C for 30 min in the mole ratio α-chloroalkyl-tert.-butylperoxide : alcohol : calcium carbonate = 1:1:(0.51-0.58), respectively. Invention provides enhancing yield of the end product (above 90%) and decrease amount of sewages. n EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. n 9 ex |
