abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new staphylokinase derivatives which represent expression products in heterogeneous system of mutant genes obtained by local gene PCR-mutagenesis ← wild type enzyme and differ from respective native staphylokinase form in one or more amino acid substitutions between 104 and 113 amino acid residues that leads to formation of RGD or KGD sequence in said site.
