FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, three-component caramel on stick having core of chewing gum or bubbly chewing gum. n SUBSTANCE: forming mechanism periodically adds into extruded chewing gum material or bubbly chewing gum material semi-liquid filler material simultaneously with formation of outer caramel coat. Three-component cord is formed on forming machine in order to obtain caramel products such as sugar glasses into which sticks are inserted.
