titleOfInvention Method for producing of feeds for animals and birds
abstract FIELD: feed production. n SUBSTANCE: method involves providing hydrolysis of carotene-containing raw material; withdrawing hydrolyzate; performing homogenization, neutralization, drying and grinding of hydrolyzate; utilizing hen comb as carotene-containing raw material in an amount constituting 10-20 wt%; additionally utilizing plant material such as seeds of alkaloid-free or low-alkaloid sorts of lupine (Lupinus albus), with ratio of carotene-containing material to plant material making 1:0.5-0.7. Raw material is hydrolyzed using water at modulus of 1-4, temperature of 80-90 C and pH value of 4-4.5 during 2-4 hours. Resultant hydrolyzate is cooled to temperature of up to 37-45 C, neutralized with sodium hydroxide to pH value of 6.7-7.2, dried to residual moisture content of 6-8%, and ground. n EFFECT: increased feeding and biological value of feeds. n 3 ex
