FIELD: gynecology. n SUBSTANCE: one day after operation, while carrying out continuously integrated anti-inflammatory treatment, infrared magnetic-laser therapy through anterior abdominal wall onto the region of projection of uterine appendages is administered under following conditions: wavelength 0.89 μm, pulse recurrent rate 1500 Hz, magnetic field intensity 25-50 mTl, emission power density 2.9-3.5 W, emission exposition time 4 min for two zone in one session. Procedures are carried out daily in morning time over a 5 days period. n EFFECT: lack of invasiveness and allowed stopping inflammation of deeply located pathologic focuses. |
