abstract FIELD: heat power engineering. n SUBSTANCE: method comprises heating water in the boiler, supplying it to the pipeline of the heating system, and supplying cooled water to the return pipeline and, then, to the gas boiler. The chimney gases outflowing from the boiler are cooled by means of outside and blowing air down to a temperature below the dew point through the wall in the box of chimney gases and plate heat exchanger with simultaneous heating of blowing air that is supplied to the furnace of the boiler to generate water vapor condensate that flows down as a film, thus mixing with the condensate saturated with the acidic components.
