abstract FIELD: chemistry of natural organic compounds, medicine, oncology, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention proposes hemin-peptides of the general formula (I): wherein R 1 and R 2 are substitutes that can represent peptide consisting of 1-7 amino acids wherein carboxyl groups of peptide can be modified with (C 1 -C 8 )-alkyl ester and by-side groups of amino acids of peptide can be protected and chosen from the group wherein: at R 1 means: Arg-Trp-His-Arg-Leu-Lys-Glu(OMe)-OH; R 2 means -OH at R 1 - Trp-His-Arg-Leu-Lys-Glu(OMe)-OH; R 2 means -OH; at R 1 - SerOMe; R 2 - SerOMe, at R 1 - AspOH; R 2 - AspOH; Me represents Fe; Y represents Cl wherein carboxyl group of hemin can be modified with methyl or (C 2 -C 8 )-ester or physiologically acceptable salt; or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. hemin-peptides possess capacity to induce apoptosis of cells and show anti-tumor effect and can be used for biomedicinal aims. n EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of hemin-peptides. n 5 cl, 1 tbl, 9 ex
