abstract FIELD: rocketry; development and production of the protective-adhesive sublayer for armoring the insertable solid propellant charges. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of rocketry, in particular, to development of the protective-adhesive sublayer for binding the armoring coating with the charge surface at armoring the insertable charges of the solid propellant of the dibasic (ballistite) type. The offered sublayer contains 4,4',4" -triphenylmethane, dichlorethane, monomethacrylic ether of ethylene glycol as the adhesive additive and dibutylstannumdilaurate as he catalyst of curing. The invention is intended for creation of the sublayer, which increases the binding strength of the armoring coating with the surface of the propellant charge, contains in its composition the components based on the derivatives of polyformaldehydes, excludes the usage of the additional sublayer on the basis of the cellulose acetate, possesses the high protective capability against the migratory processes in the "propellant-armoring coating" system, ensures stability of ballistic characteristics of the charges with the armoring coating during their storing. n EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased binding strength of the armoring coating with the surface of the insertable solid propellant charge, the high protective capability against the migratory processes in the "propellant-armoring coating" system, stability of ballistic characteristics of the charges with the armoring coating during their storing. n 1 tbl
