FIELD: applying coats made from active substance on article. n SUBSTANCE: proposed device and method may be used for local therapy of active area without introduction of secondary implants and without additional measures, such as injection or taking tablets; this method may be used both for ambulant and hospital treatment. Proposed device is used for local therapy on active area of article used on living body or inside it. Device includes first unit preparing at least one active substance and second unit for applying active substance on article, as well as radiation unit whose energetic radiation is directed onto active substance so that is should be applied directly on article.
