abstract FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to substituted glutarimides of the general formula (I): wherein X means group of the formula -(CH 2 ) n -(CR 8 R 9 ) p -Z-(CR 8 R) m wherein Z means sulfur (S) or oxygen (O) atom, SO- or SO 2 -group, residue -NR 8 (optionally as N-oxide) or the group -CR 8 R 9 ; m and p mean 0 or 1; n means 0, 1, 2 or 3, and m, n and p can't mean 0 simultaneously; R 1 and R 2 mean carboxyl, ester or acyl group and others; R 3 means hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group and others; R 4 means hydrogen atom, (C 1 -C 3 )-alkyl group, fluorine atom, trifluoromethyl group; R 8 and R 9 means hydrogen atom, benzyl, alkyl and others, and to their physiologically acceptable salts also.
