abstract | FIELD: medicine, operative coloproctology. n SUBSTANCE: one should develop a butyric pad under polyp's bottom. Moreover, it is necessary to inject 3 ml butyric solution of α-tocopherol acetate 3 d before operation into submucous rectal layer. Before the onset of operation, one should inject 2 ml butyric solution of α-tocopherol acetate into submucous rectal layer. On removing a polyp one should inject 5-fluorouracil at the dosage of 4.0 g into submucous rectal membrane along the periphery of coagulation scab for the depth of about 2-3 mm.
