titleOfInvention Surgical method for treating the cases of peptic ulcers of gastroenteroanastomosis after stomach resection bilroth ii operation
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves separating gastroenteroanastomosis. Selective vagotomy is done. Lesser stomach stump curvature is resected together with keel anastomosis zone. Tube is formed near the greater curvature. Arefelux structure is built near the gastroesophageal passage. The second duodenum stump suture row is disinvaginated. Duodenotomy is carried out along the disinvaginated stump sutures line. Jejunum is resected with disconnected gastroenteroanastomosis zone being excised. Enterodudenal anastomosis is formed with efferent jejunum loop end. End-to-loop gastroenteroanastomosis is built on the same loop 10 cm far from the enterodoudenal anastomosis. Efferent jejunum loop is end-to-side anastomosed with the efferent loop. n EFFECT: excluded peptic ulcer recurrence; reduced risk of postgastric resection complications. n 8 dwg, 11 photo
