titleOfInvention Method for preparing 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole
abstract FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole that can be used as an intermediate compound for preparing pharmaceutical preparations and chemical agents for protection of plants. Invention describes a method for preparing 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole by the diazotization reaction of aminoacetonitrile and the following reaction of formed diazoacetonitrile with a mixture of equal amounts by volume in solution of dichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride with hydrogen sulfide in the presence of triethylamine at temperature -10°C wherein preparing diazoacetonitrile in solution of equal amounts by volume of dichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride is carried out by the successive addition of sodium nitrite aqueous solution in the amount exceeding equimolar amount with respect to aminoacetonitrile by 30-40% and ortho-phosphoric acid to provide pH value 1-2 to the parent aminoacetonitrile solution at temperature from -5°C to 0°C followed by stirring the reaction mixture at this temperature for 30-60 min and the following conversion of prepared diazoacetonitrile to the end compound by the known method. Proposed method provides simplifying the technological process and to obtain the end product useful for using being without the additional purification with the yield 72.5%. n EFFECT: improved preparing method. n 10 ex
