Agent possessing with sedative and anti-inflammatory effect comprises common balm herb tincture (Melissa officinalis L.) prepared in the ratio of raw to extractant = 1:5 and containing phenylpropanoids as measured for rosemaric acid in the following ratio of components in the ready tincture, wt.-%: phenylpropanoinds as measure for rosemaric acid, 0.1-0.9; extractive substances from common balm, 1.0-5.5, and ethyl alcohol in the concentration 35-45%, the balance.
