abstract FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention describes using compound of the general formula (I): wherein R 1 means hydrogen atom or radical -X-Y-R 4 wherein -X-Y- means a bond, radical -CO-O-, -CO-NH- or -CS-NH-; R 4 means alkyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl; R 2 means aryl possibly substituted 4 times with halogen atom, alkyl, alkoxyl or aryl; R 3 means hydrogen atom, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt for preparing a medicinal agent designated for effect as a modulator of sodium channels. Also, invention describes a medicinal agent and pharmaceutical composition comprising compound of the formula (I) M given in the invention description as an active component.
