abstract FIELD: production of curative-prophylactic beverage. n SUBSTANCE: method for preparing a beverage involves preparing grape juice by squeezing out, pouring husks with water and their hydrolysis with native acids followed by separation of extract, its concentrating and blending with grape juice and an aqueous extract prepared from a mixture of wild rose fruits, hawthorn fruits, hibiscus flowers, bilberry leaves, cowberry leaves and rosewort roots. Invention provides the possibility for preparing radioprotective beverages from the more expanding assortment of grape raw. The prepared end product possesses pleasant organoleptic properties that are not typical for the grape processing products. Invention is designated for producing curative-prophylactic beverages. n EFFECT: improved producing method.
