abstract FIELD: medicine; food-processing industry; agriculture; devices for production of the activated water and the methods of its utilization. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to treatment of water and may be used in medicine, food-processing industry and in agriculture for sprinkling of plants. In the device the water is exposed to action of the oscillations formed by the oscillator of radio waves. It allows to produce continuously the "activated" water characterized by clusters having dimensions less than 4 molecules per a cluster, pH - below 4 or above 10 or with oxidation potential less than -350 mV or more than +800 mV. The fundamental frequency of plasma preferentially makes from 0.44 MHz up to 40.68 MHz. The plasma is modulated by the frequency from 10 kHz up to 34 kHz. Consumption of a water flow in a typical event makes from 20 l/h up to approximately 2000 l/h. The activated water may be used for many purposes, including a bactericidal purification of the working tables, floors, walls, knives, transportation vehicles and other surfaces, for example, in hospitals and in meat processing shops.
