abstract FIELD: biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method for isolation of nucleic acids that involves adsorption of nucleic acids from a sample on fiberglass sorbent treated preliminary with hydrofluoric acid followed by washing out a sorbent from impurities on non-nucleotide nature and elution of nucleic acid being the adsorption process is carried out in the presence of a chaotropic agent. Using the invention provides the enhanced yield of the end product and to decrease duration of process of isolation of nucleic acids.
