Bottle has gasket with nose where sprinkler and valve are disposed. Device also has glitter meter, unit for pressing glitter level and comparison unit. Glitter meter has light source and photoreceiver for registration of eye's glitter level. n EFFECT: improved quality of moistening during operation; ability to perform operation without surgeon's assistant.
