titleOfInvention Method for production of mineral healing table-water
abstract FIELD: soft drink industry, in particular table-water production. n SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes cooling of natural mineral water to 4-10°C, filtering, saturation with carbon dioxide and bottling. As natural mineral water high-mineralized thermal water is used. Said water is mixed with drinking water in ratio of 1:(3.5-4.5) to produce water having total mineralization of 3.0-4.0 g/dm 3 and containing (mg/dm 3 ): sodium+potassium 900-1300; calcium 50-150; magnesium < 50; chlorides 1600-2400; sulfates < 50; hydrocarbonates 40-325; iodide 2.0-4.5. Mineral water cooling and filtration processes include several steps. First of all mineral water is cooled to 19-21°C and obtained precipitate is remoned. Then after mechanical filtration mineral water is mixed with preliminary filtered and decontaminated drinking water in ratio of 1:(3.5-4.5); further cooled to 4-10°C, and filtered. Method of present invention makes it possible to produce transparent mineral water with remote saline taste having no odor. n EFFECT: mineral healing table-water of improved quality.
