titleOfInvention | Method of eliminating consequences of oil outflow |
abstract | FIELD: oil pollution elimination. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physicochemical and biological methods for treatment of land, coastal zone, and water surface to remove oil and oil products. Treatment of polluted surface is accomplished by dispersing it with jet consisting of 0.1-10% aqueous solution consumed at a rate of 10 to 100 L/m 3 of active substance. The latter is prepared by mixing (i) aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms destroying hydrocarbon components, in particular concentrate of bacteria isolated from activated sludge originated from refinery biological waste water treatment stations; (ii) additives stimulating vitality of oil-oxidizing bacteria containing agar-agar and gelatin; and (iii) surfactants, in particular anionic biodegradable phosphorus- and potassium-containing substance (Oksifos). Percentages of components are as follows: 2-10% (i), 2-10% (ii), 35-40% Oksifos, and the rest - water. n EFFECT: enhanced pollution elimination efficiency. n 4 tbl |
