titleOfInvention Emulsifier of invert emulsions used predominantly in petroleum production
abstract FIELD: petroleum industry; compositions of emulsifiers of invert emulsions. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of petroleum industry, in particular, to compositions of emulsifiers of invert emulsions and is intended for production of a uniform mixture of immiscible liquids, mainly the oil-water emulsions. The emulsifier contains an active substance on the basis of the tall peck treated with triethanolamine (TEA) at a mass ratio of the peck to TEA equal to 1 : 0.1-0.25, and additionally treated with monoethanolamine (MEA) at the mass ratio of the peck to MEA equal to 1 : 001-0.025 and-or diethanol amide (DEA) - at a mass ratio of the peck to DEA equal to 1 : 0.01-0.025. The concentration of the indicated active substance in hydrocarbon solvent makes 20-80 mass %. The technical result of the invention consists in improvement of the emulsifying ability of the emulsifier due to an increased stability of the emulsion and its resistance to action of hydrogen sulfide. n EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the emulsifying ability of the emulsifier to increase stability of the emulsion and its resistance to action of hydrogen sulfide. n 2 cl, 2 ex, 1 tbl
