titleOfInvention Device for supporting conservative treatment of enuresis in female patients
abstract FIELD: medical engineering. n SUBSTANCE: device has means for applying compression load to anterior vaginal wall for making urethrovesical angle correction. Compression is accomplished with elastic loading caused by device material relaxation strain. The material is selected as an alloy based on titanium nickelide. The device has support member designed as meander-like wire anatomically curved and connected to fixing member with C-shaped cross member. Endourethral branch is manufactured as double wire arranged in a way that the space between the wires has oval widening on proximal part. Branch curvature profile repeats support member profile in in-phase way to produce required compression distribution over urethra length. n EFFECT: small-sized article; improved usability features. n 4 cl, 3 dwg
