abstract | FIELD: manufacture of industrial explosives. n SUBSTANCE: method involves continuously preparing and pumping out explosive mixtures at blasting site and simultaneously filling wells adapted to be blasted. Method includes following steps: delivery of explosive components to preparing site, namely, non-explosive material or low-sensitive matrix material containing, in aqueous solution or in suspension, oxidizing salt, thickener and, optionally, inflammable material and/or sensitizer, and air bubble stabilizing material and, optionally, granulated inorganic oxidizer, and/or liquid inflammable material; mixing components in rotary-type mixing unit which is adapted for adjustable drawing of atmospheric air to produce explosive mixture with oxygen balance of from -10% to +10%. n EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of explosive mixtures provided through regulation of density by introducing regulated amounts of atmospheric air into explosive mixture. n 8 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
