abstract FIELD: building industry, in particular method for treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products operating in hostile environment. n SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes mechanical and chemical cleaning followed by surface coating with protective composition. Chemical cleaning is carried out by surface treatment with detergent or surfactant to obtain visual cleanliness. Then wet surface is coated with neutralizing composition or aqueous solution thereof in neutralizing composition/water ratio of 1:1-1:20 in amount of 100-200 g/m 3 .
