titleOfInvention | Method for treating osteoarthrosis cases |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves applying magnetic laser therapy via magnetic attachment unit beginning from the second treatment day. Magnetic field intensity is equal to 20 mTesla units. Pulse power has its maximum. Radiation frequency is equal to 80 Hz. Reflexosegmental vertebral column zone is exposed to radiation. Paravertebral C5-D2 zones are exposed to radiation in the cases of upper extremities being mainly injured. L1-S3 zones are exposed in the cases of lower extremities being injured. Scanning techniques are used with speed not exceeding 2 cm/s with 4 min long exposure time per one field. Local stable irradiation is applied to injured articulation pair by treating joint space projection 3 min per one zone three days one after another and next to it, hydrogen sulfide baths are given every other day. Galvanotherapy of the same zones is added beginning from the fourth treatment day. Pause between the physioprocedures is 10 min long. The total treatment course is 8 galvanotherapy procedures and 8 balneological treatment procedures long. n EFFECT: accelerated treatment course. n 6 tbl |
