abstract | FIELD: medicine, restorative medicine. n SUBSTANCE: one should perform a flow-type irrigation at pressing burnt sections with natural hydrogen sulfide mineral water in combination with total and/or chamber baths with the same mineral water, curative massage and individual curative physical training. At the burns of the upper limbs it is necessary to massage paravertebral areas of innervation of the upper-thoracic and cervical vertebral segments, muscles of back and thorax, and, also, it is necessary to apply thoracic compression, stretching and concussion. At the burns of inferior limbs one should massage paravertebral areas of innervation of lumbar and lower-thoracic vertebral segments, area of lumbar region and hip joints. Moreover, all complex impact should be conducted at the background of dietary nutrition at increased content of proteins, microelements and vitamins.
