titleOfInvention Method for detecting the agent of coccidioidomycosis
abstract FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. n SUBSTANCE: one should prepare the suspension out of mycelian C.immitis culture of certain age to infect white mice with it. In 7 d mice should be killed to obtain liver to be poured with KOH and heated, the obtained disinfected suspension should be centrifuged at 5000 rot./min for 15 min. Supernatant should be removed, residue is used to prepare the smears for light microscopy without any dyeing. The innovation suggested provides simplicity, economy and efficiency at detecting tissue (parasitic) phase of coccidioidomycosis fungous agent. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. n 3 dwg, 3 ex, 1 tbl
