abstract | FIELD: medicine, toxicology, resuscitation. n SUBSTANCE: one should introduce preparations due to transmembranous wound dialysis: from the 1 st to the 3d d after chemical burn one should introduce dialyzate of the following composition: solution of rheopolyglukin 100 ml, 2%-lidocaine 4 ml, 1%-dioxidine 10 ml, dexamethasone 8 mg, and from the 4 th to the 7 th d of the disease mentioned it is useful to introduce dialyzate including: solution of rheopolyglukin 100 ml, 1%-dioxidine 10 ml, 5%-ascorbic acid 5 ml; moreover, transmembranous wound dialysis should be carried out once daily. The present innovation enables to conduct local treatment of chemical esophageal burns due to taking into consideration the phases of wound process of burn trauma that, in its turn, favors for alleviating and accelerating clinical flow of the disease in question and preventing the development of complications. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. n 1 cl, 2 ex |
