abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, endocrinology, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the formula (1) or its pharmaceutical salts wherein A means n n n n n n n R 1 means hydrogen atom (H), (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl (including branched alkyl and cycloalkyl), -(CH 2 ) a NHW 1 , -(CH 2 ) b COW 2 , -(CH 2 ) c OW 3 , -CH(Me)OW 4 , -(CH 2 ) d -C 6 H 4 -W 5 , -(CH 2 ) e SW 6 wherein a = 2-5; b = 1-4; c = 1-2; d = 1-2; e = 1-3; W 1 means -COW 6 , -CO 2 W 6 , -SO 2 W 6 ; W 2 means -OH, -NH 2 , -OW 6 , -NHW 6 ; W 3 means hydrogen atom (H), W 6; W 4 means H, W 6 ; W 5 means H, -OH, -OMe; W 6 means (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, benzyl, optionally substituted phenyl wherein optional substitutes (up to two groups) are taken among (C 1 -C 3 )-alkyl, (C 1 -C 3 )-alkoxy-group, fluorine (F) and/or chloride (Cl) atoms; R 2 means H, -(CH 2 ) n NH-C 5 H 3 N-Y wherein n = 2-4; Y means H, F, Cl atoms, -NO 2 and -CN; or R 1 and R 2 represent in common -(CH 2 ) p - wherein p = 3 or 4; X is taken among: (i) one L-alpha-aminoacyl group taken among Ala, Arg, Asn, Asp, Cys, Gln, Glu, Gly, His, Ile, Leu, Lys, Met, Phe, Pro, Ser, Thr, Trp, Tyr and Val, or two such groups that represent Arg and Ile; (ii) groups -R 3 CO wherein R 3 represents H, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl (including branched alkyl and cycloalkyl) or phenyl; (iii) groups -R 4 COOC, -(R 5 )(R 6 )OCO wherein R 4 means H, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl (including branched alkyl and cycloalkyl), benzyl or optionally substituted phenyl wherein substituted (up to two groups) are taken among (C 1 -C 3 )-alkyl, (C 1 -C 3 )-alkoxy-group, F and Cl atoms; each R 5 and R 6 means independently H or (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl; or R 5 and R 6 mean in common -(CH 2 ) m - wherein m means a whole number 4-6; and (iv) methoxycarbonyl, ethoxycarbonyl and benzyloxycarbonyl groups; R 7 is taken among pyridyl and optionally substituted phenyl wherein substitutes (up to two groups) are taken among (C 1 -C 3 )-alkyl, (C 1 -C 3 )-alkoxy-group, F, Cl atoms, -NO 2 , -CN and -CO 2 H; R 8 means H or (C 1 -C 3 )-alkyl; R 9 means H, (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, phenyl or (C 1 -C 6 )-alkoxy-group and under condition that indicated compound doesn't represent N(Z-Val)-2-cyanopyrrolidine.
