abstract FIELD: biotechnology, veterinary science, microbiology, vaccines. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a strain that is deposited in collection of pathogenic strains causing diseases in fur animals in the museum of bacterial and viral cultures of Science-Research institute of fur farming and rabbit breeding (NIIPZK) named for V. A. Afanasjev and has registered number 289 M-positive. The strain relates to streptococci of group A. The strain is culture in beef-extract broth, in Todd-Hevitt's medium, Pike's medium at 37°C for 18-20 h. After control of grown culture for virulence the separated biomass is subjected for inactivation and further extraction by addition of hydrochloric acid followed by addition of aluminum hydroxide as an adjuvant and packaging.
