titleOfInvention | Multifunctional additive for the motor fuel |
abstract | FIELD: petrochemical industry, oil-processing industry; production of multifunctional additive to motor fuel. n SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of multifunctional additive to motor fuel, in the field of petrochemical industry, oil-processing industry, in particular to production of additives to engine fuels for the internal-combustion engines. The additive contains 0.05-0.5 % of ferrocene and-or its derivatives, 10-40 % of aryleamine, 0.1-10.0 % of an amide, 0.05-0.2 % of a magnesium salt and an organic acid and oxygenate - the rest. The invention allows to get a significant increase of the octane number of the base gasoline, as compared with a prototype, at rather low concentrations of ferrocene, arylamines, amides and oxygenates due to the action of the complex synergetic effects. As a result of its application it is possible to achieve an increase of the octane number from 4.5 up to 14.5 units (by an exploratory method) depending on properties of the base gasolene and amount of the additive. The additive ensures the phase and chemical stability of the fuel, decreases its storage losses and transportation due to a decrease of its evaporation. It also promotes removal of sedimentation in the inlet system of the engine and reduces the share of toxic components in the waste gases. n EFFECT: the invention ensures a significant increase of the base gasolene octane number, the phase and chemical stability of the fuel, decreased its storage transportation losses, removal of sedimentation in the engine inlet system and reduces the share of toxic components in the waste gases. n 9 cl, 2 tbl |
