abstract FIELD: medicine, endocrinology, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal agents, in particular, to the hormonal pharmaceutical composition. Invention proposes new pharmaceutical compositions and a method for preparing such compositions formed by the estrogen-gestagen combination with a single gestagen compound in mixture with one or some nontoxic, inert pharmaceutically acceptable carriers designated for oral administration. Also, invention relates to the estrogen-gestagen mixture wherein estrogenic component and gestagenic component are used by the combined method. Proposed composition is designated for treatment of estrogenic insufficiency, prophylaxis of osteoporosis and cardiovascular diseases in women in the menopause period.
