abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out rectangular superficial scleral graft. Triangular flap is removed from the middle layers of sclera in the so formed bed. The peripheral scleral layers are excised to the Descemet membrane without opening the anterior chamber. Incision in the retained deep layers is done concentrically with respect to limb 1 mm far from it in the built scleral bed under the rectangular superficial scleral graft. Cyclodialysis is carried out through the incision with the anterior chamber being opened. Goniosynechiotomy is carried out in width from 11 o'clock to 1 o'clock position.
