abstract FIELD: food processing industry. n SUBSTANCE: some variants of beverages with different composition are disclosed. Claimed formulations contains in predetermined amount dry defatted milk, or soya milk, or cedar nut flour, chitosan oligosaccharide ascorbate, vitamin and mineral premixes, red grape extract and/or natural food-grade colorant, sweetener and natural-like flavoring. Dairy beverages may be used in dry pre-packed form.
