FIELD: corrosion protection of pipes of smaller diameter in automotive industry. n SUBSTANCE: for obtaining the coat resistant to salt fog, metal surface is coated with primer layer, binder layer and polyamide-based layer consisting of mixture of polyamide and polyolefine functionalized by anhydride of non-saturated carboxylic acid. Metal surface is mainly aluminum or steel surface of pipe coated with zinc or zinc-based alloy which may be treated by chromium plating of phosphatization. Used as binder is functionalized polyolefine introduced in the amount of 1 to 20 weight-%; it contains carboxylic group or carboxylic acid anhydride group mixed with non-functionalized polyolefine as polyamide. n EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. n 13 cl, 6 tbl, 5 ex |
