abstract | FIELD: the invention refers to precision instrument-making industry and may be used in technique of receiving light-wall hollow spherical covering at manufacturing rotors of gyroscopes. n SUBSTANCE: the mode is in forming beryllium hemispheres with variable thickness of walls, an external diameter D p, considering an allowance Δh for reducing the magnitude of the coefficient of a gage interference K h =(h e +Δh)/(h p +Δh), where h e and h p - maximum thickness of the walls in the hemispheres in equatorial flatness of the joint and minimal in the zone of the pole, assemblage of the hemispheres in a welding rigging with tight-fitting punches with a spherical grooves of the diameter D gr >D ex, arrangement between punches of a ring insertion with the thickness of δ =(α r -α p )·(m-n·α r /α p )·D ex ·(360K-ΔT j ), where α r and α p - thermal coefficients of linear expansion of the materials of the rotor and the punches in the temperature interval(T j -T w ), at that α r >α P, and 1,2 ≤ α r/_ α ρ _ ≤ 2,6m and n - dimensionless coefficients equal (3,70±0,05) and (1,30±0,05) accordingly, ΔT j = (T w - T j ) [K], T w [K]- temperature of welding and T j [K] - temperature of joining determined by equality of diameters D ex =D gr and making (O,8-0,85) of the temperature at the beginning of the decrystallization T d of the material of the rotor. At that T w are assigned on condition T d <T w ≤ _ T j +360K, and concrete meaning of T w in indicated interval is chosen as smaller as larger the meaning K h of the given pair of the hemispheres. So the negative influence is minimized on accuracy of the rotor's degree of gage interference of the hemispheres and anisotropy of the meanings of the thermal coefficients of linear expansion of the material of the hemispheres along the axles of the symmetry and in the perpendicular direction. n EFFECT: the invention minimizes negative influence on accuracy of the thermal coefficients. |
