titleOfInvention Method for extraction of perfluorinated acid in its anhydrous form
abstract FIELD: chemical technology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the improved method for extraction of perfluoroalkane sulfoacid in its anhydrous form used, for example, as a catalyst in the alkylation process. Method involves the following stages: weak base in the form of soluble salt of this acid is added to the solution, the prepared solution containing acid and acid salt is concentrated to anhydrous mixture of acid and salt and this mixture of acid and salt is subjected for distillation off to obtain acid in its anhydrous form and the concentration process is carried out in the presence of accessory agent for distilling off. Method provides reducing energy consumption and to work under pressure near to atmospheric or under atmospheric pressure. n EFFECT: improved method for extraction. n 8 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
