abstract FIELD: food processing industry, in particular production of bioactive food supplements. n SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes immobilization of fucosa syrup and casein on organic carrier. Microcrystalline cellulose is used as organic carrier. Immobilization is carried out at 30-50°C. Then surface is modified by product foaming with gasifiers. Further product is stabilized by treatment with acidified ethanol followed by air finish drying.
