FIELD: manufacturing of non-smoking products from tobacco. n SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing tobacco leaves by known process and extracting with carbon dioxide at above-critical parameters of extractant; mixing resultant extract with licorice root extract produced by extracting licorice roots with liquid ammonia, with sugar syrup as sweetening substance, pectin, calcium and/or magnesium citrate, water and vanilla; forming resultant mixture.
