abstract FIELD: non-smoking tobacco product manufacturing. n SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes tobacco preparation, extraction with water, water extract separation, its concentration, mixing with filler, and formation. Prior to extract with water tobacco is extracted with non-polar extractant in above-critical state, and extract is mixed with filler representing mixture of ash, lime, vegetable oil, extract from biomass of Mortierella marburgensis micromycete with non-polar solvent in above-critical state, solid residue, obtained after subsequent extraction of biomass of Mortierella marburgensis micromycete with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water, and pectin. Mass ratios of components also are disclosed. n EFFECT: reduced losses of nicotine and tobacco aroma-producing substances.
