titleOfInvention | Method for preparing ammonium cupric (ii) dioxalate dihydrate |
abstract | FIELD: chelate compounds, chemical technology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing ammonium cupric (II) dioxalate dihydrate relating to chelate compounds of metal ions with carboxylic acid anions. Product prepared by this method can be used for antibacterial treatment of water, in manufacture of high-temperature superconductors, for preparing electrolyte in copper plating, as fungicide and copper microfertilizer in agriculture, for manufacturing copper catalysts. Ammonium cupric (II) dioxalate dihydrate is prepared by crystallization from reaction solution prepared by mixing oxalic acid or ammonium oxalate with copper-containing spent solution in etching printing boards. The mole ratio copper (II) : ammonium : oxalate = 1.0:(1.5-8.0):(2.0-5.0), respectively, and pH value from 3.0 to 8.5. Proposed method for preparing ammonium cupric (II) dioxalate dihydrate provides reducing cost of product, retaining its purity and high yield with simultaneous utilization of toxic waste in radioelectronic production - spent solution in etching printing boards. Method provides reducing consumptions for preparing ammonium cupric (II) dioxalate dihydrate and utilization of toxic waste in production. n EFFECT: improved preparing method. n 10 cl, 3 ex |
