abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out non-penetrating deep sclerectomy. Cornea paracentesis is additionally carried out outside of surgical intervention zone. Autotissue flap is implanted into Schlemm's canal on one side of surgical intervention zone for making its lumen occlusion. Isotonic solution is introduced into the Schlemm's canal from the other side under pressure. Cannula is introduced at the same time via the paracentesis into the anterior chamber used for sucking pseudoexfoliations and pigment into trabecula area. When done, the cannula is removed. n EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
